Renewed is for the office that wants a machine that feels new on day one but does not want to pay for new. It suits a busy team, a front office where the machine is on show, or anyone replacing a new machine at the end of a lease who does not want to step down.
It costs more than refurbished, because more work and more parts go into it. If budget comes first, a refurbished machine does the job for less.

If it fails, we replace it. For the whole term.
Every machine on our service agreement comes with our replacement warranty, new or secondhand, rented, leased, financed or bought outright. If it fails, we replace it. That cover lasts for the whole term of your agreement, not just the first year.
A maker's warranty on a new copier usually runs for 12 months and covers the hardware, not consumables. After that, the service agreement is what really covers you. The replacement warranty terms are set out in your agreement.

What is the difference between renewed and refurbished?
Both are serviced and tested. A renewed machine has more parts replaced, so it looks and runs closer to new, and it costs more than refurbished.
Is a renewed copier as good as new?
Close to it, for less. A new machine carries the maker's warranty from day one; a renewed one on our service agreement carries our replacement warranty for the full term, exactly as a new one does.
Can I rent a renewed copier?
Yes, over three to five years, subject to approval. A renewed machine rents for more than a refurbished one of the same model. Tell us the model and we will send the weekly figure in writing.
