Its sisters in the series are the bizhub 300i (30 pages a minute), the bizhub 360i (36 pages a minute), the bizhub 450i (45 pages a minute) and the bizhub 650i (65 pages a minute). It scans both sides of a page in one pass at up to 140 images a minute, holds 1,150 sheets as standard and up to 6,650 with extra trays and takes card up to 300 gsm. It was followed by the bizhub 551i.

The bizhub 550i suits a busy office of thirty or more, or a print room. Konica Minolta recommends up to 50,000 pages a month. If more people print, the bizhub 650i is the same machine at 65 pages a minute. If fewer do, the bizhub 450i runs at 45.
We sell the bizhub 550i renewed, refurbished or used, each one checked, with its page count given to you in writing before you decide. Buy it outright, or rent or lease it over up to 60 months, depending on the machine's age. Delivery, installation on your network, scanning setup and showing your team how to use it are in the price.
On our service agreement it carries our replacement warranty for the whole term: if it fails, we replace it. Rentals start from $15 a week plus GST on selected machines, subject to approval.
