What we do to a refurbished copier
Refurbished or reconditioned, the machine has had real work done to it, not just a wipe over.
- Cleaned inside and out.
- Serviced, with worn parts and rollers replaced where they need it.
- Tested on copying, printing and scanning before it leaves us.
- The page count recorded, so you know exactly what you are getting.
Then it is delivered, installed on your network and looked after by us on a service agreement.
Want something closer to new? A renewed machine has more parts replaced again.

Why refurbished makes sense for most offices
Office copiers are built to run for years. A machine that has done a few years in another office still has plenty of life in it, and the models that come through most often are the same families sold new not long ago.
For a team of five to twenty printing a few thousand pages a month, a refurbished A3 colour machine does the work of a new one at a much lower cost. That is why it is our most common recommendation.
Renting a refurbished copier
Refurbished machines can be rented or financed, for up to 60 months depending on the machine's age. Rentals start from $15 a week plus GST on selected machines. How rental works.

Is a refurbished copier reliable?
A refurbished machine from a good family, serviced properly, is reliable for normal office work. And if something does go wrong, we service it.
What is the difference between refurbished and used?
A refurbished machine has had parts replaced and been tested. A used machine is sold checked and working with less work done, so it costs less. See used copiers.
Is a reconditioned copier the same as refurbished?
Here, yes. A renewed machine is a grade above: more parts replaced, close to new. Whoever you buy from, ask exactly what was done to the machine.
What happens if a refurbished copier fails?
On our service agreement, we replace it, whether it is rented, leased, financed or bought outright. That replacement warranty lasts for the whole term. Bought outright without a service agreement, the warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you what it is, in writing, before you buy.
Are your refurbished copiers for sale, or only for rent?
Both. Buy a refurbished or reconditioned photocopier outright, or rent or finance it for up to 60 months, depending on the machine's age.
