Choose the machine
We suggest two or three that fit how you print, with the weekly or monthly figure for each.
Sign the rental
A business rental agreement, usually over three to five years, subject to approval.
We install it
Delivered, installed on your network and set up for scanning. Most machines go in within about a week.
We look after it
A service agreement covers toner, parts and repairs at a set cost per page.
At the end
Upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. If you would like to keep it, ask us.

What it costs to rent a photocopier
Rentals start from $15 a week plus GST on selected refurbished A3 machines. What you pay for photocopier machine rental depends on the machine, its grade, colour or black and white, and the term, usually 36, 48 or 60 months.
The pages you print are charged on the service agreement at a set cost per page, black and white and colour separately. On an all inclusive rental the prints included are counted over the whole term instead. Tell us how your office prints and we will send the weekly figure and the page costs.
The rental cycle: installed, serviced through the term, upgraded at the end.

01 · The agreement, in writing
We suggest two or three machines that fit how you print.
Replacement warranty
If it fails, we replace it. For the whole term.
Every machine on our service agreement comes with our replacement warranty, new or secondhand, rented, leased, financed or bought outright. If it fails, we replace it. That cover lasts for the whole term of your agreement, not just the first year.
A maker's warranty on a new copier usually runs for 12 months and covers the hardware, not consumables. After that, the service agreement is what really covers you. The replacement warranty terms are set out in your agreement.
All inclusive rentals
On our all inclusive rentals the prints included are a total for the whole term, not a monthly allowance. A busy month does not cost you extra, and a quiet month is not wasted. Ask us whether it suits the way your office prints.
Not every office needs a copier
Not every office needs a full A3 copier. A4 multifunction printers rent the same way, from $10 a week plus GST: one regular payment, serviced by us, the same replacement warranty, and an upgrade at the end of the term.

Rental is not hire
Hire is for a few days or weeks: an event, a short project, a temporary site. We rent photocopiers to businesses for years, with a machine chosen for your office and serviced the whole time. If you only need a copier for a few weeks, that is hire, and it is not what we do.

Questions about copier rental
How much does it cost to rent a photocopier?
Copier rental starts from $15 a week plus GST on selected refurbished machines. The figure for your office depends on the machine, its grade, colour or black and white, and the term. Tell us how you print and we will send it in writing.
Can I rent a refurbished copier?
Yes. Refurbished and renewed machines can be rented for up to 60 months, depending on the machine's age.
What if the copier breaks down during the rental?
We fix it under the service agreement. If it fails, the replacement warranty means we replace it, for the whole term of your agreement.
Who owns the copier during and after the rental?
The rental company owns it during the term, and at the end it comes back to us. You can upgrade or hand it back, and if you would like to keep it, ask us.
Which machines rent from $15 a week plus GST?
Selected refurbished A3 machines. Finance subject to approval. The lowest weekly figure applies to selected machines. Ask what is available at that figure now.
Can I rent if my business is new?
Rental is for businesses and is subject to approval. Ask us and we will tell you what the rental company needs.
Can I rent an office printer rather than a copier?
