People call it different things: managed print services, managed print solutions, MPS, print management, a managed print agreement, facilities management, or a cost per copy or click charge agreement. They all mean the same idea: you pay a set amount for each page printed, and that covers toner, parts and repairs.
With a managed print agreement from us, the machines can be on a rental in the same arrangement, so one bill covers everything.
Every machine, every page and every service visit on one monthly bill.
Each machine counts the pages it prints, black and white and colour separately. Each month we collect the meter readings, automatically where the machine supports it, and bill the pages at the agreed rates. You see what you printed and what it cost.
Toner is included in the page cost, with a delivery charge on each toner order. When a machine needs servicing, a technician comes out, and the parts and labour are covered.
If you have one machine and print modest volumes, a rental with a service agreement does the same job simply.
