Machine stopped? Call us.
Call (07) 3484 0534, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Tell us the machine and what it is doing; many problems are sorted over the phone.
Where is the machine ID?
In the box marked Machine ID on the Brisbane Copiers sticker on the front of the machine; the code on the sticker brings you to this page. No sticker? The serial number on the machine, or just your business name, is fine.
Toner on your agreement
Toner for a machine on our service agreement is included in the cost per page, with freight charged on each delivery. Order it when the machine says it is getting low, not when it has run out.
