What cheap really means with a copier
The price of the machine is only part of it. Over three years most of what you spend goes on running it: toner, parts, repairs and the cost of each page. A cheap machine with expensive pages is not cheap.
So when you compare, add up three things: the purchase price or rental payments, the cost per page for black and white and for colour, and what is included in that cost. We give you all three in writing.

Is a cheap copier going to break down?
Any copier needs servicing. A cheap machine we service is a better buy than a cheap machine nobody will look after.

Do you have cheap copy machines that are not A3?
Yes. If nobody prints A3, an A4 multifunction printer usually costs less than an A3 copier and does the same copying, printing and scanning. See office printers.
