The maker's photographThe IM C3000 is the 30 page a minute model of Ricoh's IM C2000 to C6000 range, launched in 2019. Its sisters in the series are the IM C2500 (25 pages a minute), the IM C3500 (35 pages a minute), the IM C4500 (45 pages a minute) and the IM C6000 (60 pages a minute). It scans at up to 120 images a minute with the optional single pass document feeder, holds 1,200 sheets as standard and up to 4,700 with extra trays and takes card up to 300 gsm. It was followed by the IM C3010.

Buy it outright, or rent or lease it over up to 60 months, depending on the machine's age. Delivery, installation on your network, scanning setup and showing your team how to use it are in the price.
On our service agreement it carries our replacement warranty for the whole term: if it fails, we replace it. Rentals start from $15 a week plus GST on selected machines, subject to approval.

A maker's warranty on a new copier usually runs for 12 months and covers the hardware, not consumables. After that, the service agreement is what really covers you. The replacement warranty terms are set out in your agreement.
