What ex demo means here
When we call a machine ex demo, it has done demonstration or trial work and very little else. We check it, service it and tell you its page count before you decide.
Ex demo machines do not come through every week, and the good ones go quickly. If you want one, ask us to keep you in mind and we will call when the right model lands.

Ex demo or refurbished?
Ex demo is close to new without paying for new, and so is renewed, which comes through far more often. Refurbished is usually an older model with more pages on it, and it costs less again. If the model matters to you, ex demo. If the price matters most, refurbished.

Yes. It goes on a service agreement with us, covering toner, parts and repairs.
