For small offices that never print A3

A4 colour for a small team

From the agreement to your team using it, in six steps.
We suggest two or three machines that fit how you print.
You tell us how many people print, roughly how much, and whether you need A3 or colour. We come back with two or three machines that fit and the cost of each, written down, including what it costs to run.
When you choose, we deliver it, install it on your network, set up scanning to email and folders, and show your team how to use it. Most machines are installed within about a week of signing.
After that we look after it. A service agreement covers toner, parts and repairs at a set cost per page, so the only thing you have to think about is what you print.
The cash price and, where it can be rented, the weekly figure, side by side.
You can buy outright, or spread the cost. Most of our customers rent: one regular payment, the machine serviced, and an upgrade at the end of the term. Rentals start from $15 a week plus GST.
If your accountant prefers a lease or another kind of finance, we can arrange that too. Compare the ways to pay.
Copier, copy machine or photocopy machine: whatever you call it, every one for sale here is one we can deliver, install and service. That is the rule behind our photocopier sales: we do not sell a machine we cannot service.
New photocopiers come from Toshiba, Kyocera, HP, OKI and Lexmark. Secondhand there are three grades: renewed copiers, closest to new; refurbished photocopiers, our most popular choice; and used and second hand copiers, the lowest outlay. Ex demo copiers come through now and then.
Most office copiers for sale are A3 copiers, because A3 machines hold more paper and run faster. On a budget? Start with cheap A3 copiers. If nobody prints A3, an office printer may be all you need. Upgrading? Trade in your old copier and the trade in price comes off the new one.
Tell us what you need, or the model you have in mind. We reply with two or three machines that fit and the figures for each, in writing. No obligation.

They are models that come through regularly. Stock moves quickly, so ask and we will tell you what is here this week, with its page count.

Yes. For a small office that is usually an A4 multifunction printer, which sits on a desk or bench, or a compact A3 copier on its own cabinet. Tell us how many people print and we will suggest two or three.
