Our highest secondhand grade, close to new
A freestanding copier stands on the floor on its own cabinet or paper drawers. It is the machine for a shared office: more paper, more speed, and room for a finisher.
Typical models that come through often, in the makers' own photographs. Stock changes every week, so ask what is here now, with its page count and the figures.

A3 colour printer for a desk or bench: prints only
Desktop machines sit on a bench or cupboard. They suit one to five people and modest volumes. Freestanding machines carry two to four paper drawers, so you can keep A4, A3 and letterhead loaded at once, and they print faster.
Measure the doorway before you choose the machine.
A finisher staples, and some hole punch or fold booklets as the pages come out. A large capacity tray holds a few thousand sheets so nobody is refilling paper all day. Tell us what your office produces and we will fit the machine to suit.
A freestanding A3 copier is roughly 60 centimetres wide and deep, about 1.2 metres tall, and weighs well over 80 kilograms. Before we deliver we ask about stairs, lifts, door widths and parking, so the machine goes in without a problem. See where we deliver.
Tell us what you need, or the model you have in mind. We reply with two or three machines that fit and the figures for each, in writing. No obligation.

Ask about freestanding machines
Tell us how many people and what you print.
Allow about a square metre for the machine and room to open the front door and drawers. More if you add a finisher.
Usually, yes. Tell us about the stairs when you enquire and we will bring the right equipment and people.
Straight answers on machines, prices and agreements. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
