Upgrade to a newer printer or hand it back. If you would like to keep it, ask us.
Who printer rental suits
Printer rentals suit small offices, medical and allied health practices, real estate branches, trades offices and branch sites that print a few hundred to a few thousand pages a month and never print A3.
If anyone prints A3, or the team is larger than about ten, a copier rental is the better fit.
A printer on rental: installed, serviced through the term, upgraded at the end.

Printer renting keeps the payment steady and the upgrade simple. An office printer lease suits a business whose accountant prefers one, and buying outright is cheapest if you will keep the printer for many years. Every way to pay, compared.
Rented for years, not weeks
Hire is a printer for a few days or weeks, for an event or a short project. A rental with us is a business agreement for years, and short term hire is not what we do.

Every machine on our service agreement comes with our replacement warranty, new or secondhand, rented, leased, financed or bought outright. If it fails, we replace it. That cover lasts for the whole term of your agreement, not just the first year.
A maker's warranty on a new copier usually runs for 12 months and covers the hardware, not consumables. After that, the service agreement is what really covers you. The replacement warranty terms are set out in your agreement.

How much does it cost to rent a printer?
Printer rentals start from $10 a week plus GST on selected machines. The figure for yours depends on the printer, colour or black and white, the term and how much you print. Tell us those and we will send the weekly figure in writing.
Is toner included when I rent a printer?
Yes, on a service agreement with us. Toner is included in the cost per page, with parts and repairs; a delivery charge applies to each toner order.
Can I rent a printer for a month?
No. Our printer rentals are business agreements over three to five years. For a few weeks you need short term hire, which we do not offer.
