When a new copier is the right answer
New is worth it when the machine will work hard for years.
- You print several thousand pages a month and want the most life from the machine.
- You need a feature that only current models have, such as the newest security, card release or a particular finisher.
- You plan to keep it for five years and want the maker's warranty from day one.
- You want the same model across several offices.
New when the machine will work hard for years. Refurbished when it will not.
When it is not
A small office printing a few hundred pages a week rarely needs a new A3 colour machine. A refurbished one of the same family does the same work, and the difference in cost usually pays for years of toner.
We would rather tell you that now than sell you more machine than you need.
What comes with it

Most new machines can be installed within a week or two of ordering. If a model has to come from the maker, we tell you how long before you sign. Spread the cost with photocopier finance or a copier rental.

Which new brands can you supply?
Toshiba, Kyocera, HP, OKI and Lexmark. We sell other brands secondhand.
Can I rent a new copier?
Yes. New machines can be rented, leased or bought outright. Rentals start from $15 a week plus GST, and the figure for a new machine depends on the model and term.
What warranty comes with a new copier?
A maker's warranty on a new copier usually runs for 12 months and covers the hardware, not consumables. After that, the service agreement is what really covers you. On our service agreement, our replacement warranty covers you for the whole term, however you paid for the machine.
Is a new copier more reliable than a refurbished one?
A new machine has no wear at all, which matters most for very busy offices. A well refurbished machine from a good family is reliable for normal office work, and both are serviced by us.
