What it is
The C911dn is OKI's C900 series A3 colour printer: double sided, networked, and built for runs of heavy card that an office copier will not take. OKI recommends up to 25,000 pages a month and rates it at 300,000 at most.

Who it suits
A print room, a school, a sign or menu maker, or any office that prints a lot of colour on card. For everyday office printing on paper, the much smaller C834 fits on a desk.
Buying one through us
We sell the C911 new or secondhand, each one checked, with its page count given to you in writing before you decide. Buy it outright, or rent or lease it over up to 60 months, depending on the machine's age. Delivery, installation on your network, scanning setup and showing your team how to use it are in the price.
On our service agreement it carries our replacement warranty for the whole term: if it fails, we replace it. Rentals start from $15 a week plus GST on selected machines, subject to approval.
What to check on a secondhand one
- The page count. We give it to you in writing. On an OKI it tells you more than the year.
- The drums and the fuser. They wear with use. Ask how many pages are left on each before you decide.
- What is fitted. Extra trays, a stand or a duplex unit change what the machine can do.
- Who will service it. We service the machines we sell, and we tell you how long OKI supports the model.

Replacement warranty
If it fails, we replace it. For the whole term.
Every machine on our service agreement comes with our replacement warranty, new or secondhand, rented, leased, financed or bought outright. If it fails, we replace it. That cover lasts for the whole term of your agreement, not just the first year.
A maker's warranty on a new copier usually runs for 12 months and covers the hardware, not consumables. After that, the service agreement is what really covers you. The replacement warranty terms are set out in your agreement.

C911 or C931?
Both run at 50 pages a minute in the C900 body. The C931 is no longer sold by OKI Australia; the C911 is.
