Kyocera's big idea is long life parts: drums and developer units built to last for a very large number of pages, so fewer parts are replaced and the cost per page stays low. TASKalfa is the A3 copier range. ECOSYS is the A4 printer and multifunction range.

In a TASKalfa 2554ci, the first two digits are the speed, 25 pages a minute, and the last digit marks the generation; ci means colour. The 3554ci is the 35 page model of the same family, the 2553ci is the generation before it, and the 2552ci the one before that. A TASKalfa without the c, such as the 4012i, is mono. ECOSYS models are Kyocera's A4 printers and multifunction printers.
A Kyocera suits an office that watches its running costs closely. The TASKalfa 2554ci is a compact A3 colour machine that fits small teams well, and for an office that never prints A3, an ECOSYS office printer does the same job in less space.
We supply new Kyocera copiers, and sell renewed, refurbished and used ones. Whatever you choose, we deliver it, install it and service it, and we do not sell a machine we cannot service. Rather not buy? A copier rental starts from $15 a week plus GST. Finance subject to approval. The lowest weekly figure applies to selected machines.

Every machine on our service agreement comes with our replacement warranty, new or secondhand, rented, leased, financed or bought outright. If it fails, we replace it. That cover lasts for the whole term of your agreement, not just the first year.
A maker's warranty on a new copier usually runs for 12 months and covers the hardware, not consumables. After that, the service agreement is what really covers you. The replacement warranty terms are set out in your agreement.
