Buying one through us

We sell the TASKalfa 2553ci renewed, refurbished or used, each one checked, with its page count given to you in writing before you decide. Buy it outright, or rent or lease it over up to 60 months, depending on the machine's age. Delivery, installation on your network, scanning setup and showing your team how to use it are in the price.

On our service agreement it carries our replacement warranty for the whole term: if it fails, we replace it. Rentals start from $15 a week plus GST on selected machines, subject to approval.

What to check on a secondhand one

• The page count. We give it to you in writing. It matters more than the age.
• What is fitted. A finisher, extra drawers or a large capacity tray change what the machine can do and what it costs.
• Who will service it. A secondhand copier is only good value if someone keeps it running. We service every machine we sell.
• The cost per page. Ask for black and white and colour, in writing, and what they include.
