How to read a Ricoh model number
Ricoh's A3 range is IM C for colour and IM for mono. In an IM C3500, 35 is the speed in pages a minute; the IM C4500 prints 45. The IM C range followed the MP C range, so an MP C3504 is the 35 page colour machine of the generation before. Both come through secondhand, and the IM C machines carry the Smart Operation Panel.
Who a Ricoh suits
A refurbished Ricoh IM C3500 or IM C4500 is a strong choice for a busy office: 35 or 45 pages a minute, A3 colour, at a fraction of the new price.
Buying a Ricoh through us
We sell Ricoh machines secondhand: renewed, refurbished and used. For new, we supply Toshiba, Kyocera, HP, OKI and Lexmark, and will tell you honestly how they compare. Whatever you choose, we deliver it, install it and service it, and we do not sell a machine we cannot service. Rather not buy? A copier rental starts from $15 a week plus GST. Finance subject to approval. The lowest weekly figure applies to selected machines.

Replacement warranty
If it fails, we replace it. For the whole term.
Every machine on our service agreement comes with our replacement warranty, new or secondhand, rented, leased, financed or bought outright. If it fails, we replace it. That cover lasts for the whole term of your agreement, not just the first year.
A maker's warranty on a new copier usually runs for 12 months and covers the hardware, not consumables. After that, the service agreement is what really covers you. The replacement warranty terms are set out in your agreement.

Is a Ricoh MP C still worth buying?
