What they are

The ApeosPort C3070 is the 30 page a minute model of Fuji Xerox's ApeosPort C3070 to C7070 range, which reached Australia in 2020. The ApeosPort C2560 is the 25 page a minute model of the smaller C2060, C2560 and C3060 range from the same year. Both copy, print and scan in colour, on paper up to A3.

Fuji Xerox became FUJIFILM Business Innovation in 2021, so later machines in the same ranges carry the Fujifilm badge and the Apeos name, such as the Apeos C3070 and Apeos C2560. The photograph is Fujifilm's own, of the range under its newer badge.

Who they suit

The C2560 suits a small office or a team of up to about ten printing a few thousand pages a month in colour. The C3070 is a step faster and from the larger range, for a team of ten to twenty, and a good fit with a stapling finisher if you produce reports and handouts.

Buying one through us

We sell the ApeosPort C3070 or C2560 renewed, refurbished or used, each one checked, with its page count given to you in writing before you decide. Buy it outright, or rent or lease it over up to 60 months, depending on the machine's age. Delivery, installation on your network, scanning setup and showing your team how to use it are in the price.

On our service agreement it carries our replacement warranty for the whole term: if it fails, we replace it. Rentals start from $15 a week plus GST on selected machines, subject to approval.

What to check on a secondhand one

The page count. We give it to you in writing. It matters more than the age.
What is fitted. A finisher, extra drawers or a large capacity tray change what the machine can do and what it costs.
Who will service it. A secondhand copier is only good value if someone keeps it running. We service every machine we sell.
The cost per page. Ask for black and white and colour, in writing, and what they include.

Replacement warranty

If it fails, we replace it. For the whole term.

Every machine on our service agreement comes with our replacement warranty, new or secondhand, rented, leased, financed or bought outright. If it fails, we replace it. That cover lasts for the whole term of your agreement, not just the first year.

A maker's warranty on a new copier usually runs for 12 months and covers the hardware, not consumables. After that, the service agreement is what really covers you. The replacement warranty terms are set out in your agreement.

Questions about the ApeosPort C3070 and C2560

Is the ApeosPort C3070 a good copier?

For a team of ten to twenty printing in colour, yes: it is a 30 page a minute A3 colour machine from a range built for busy offices. On a secondhand one, the page count and how it has been looked after matter most, and we tell you both before you decide.

What is the difference between the ApeosPort C2560 and C3070?

Speed and range. The C2560 prints 25 pages a minute and comes from the smaller C2060 to C3060 range; the C3070 prints 30 and comes from the larger C3070 to C7070 range. Tell us your volume and we will say which suits.

What replaced the ApeosPort C3070?

Under the Fujifilm name, the Apeos C3071 range, launched in Australia in October 2024. The C2560's range was replaced by the Apeos C2061, C2561 and C3061 the same month.

Can I rent a secondhand ApeosPort?

Refurbished and renewed ones, yes, for up to 60 months depending on the machine's age; used ones are usually bought outright. Rentals start from $15 a week plus GST on selected machines.

Is a Fuji Xerox ApeosPort the same as a Xerox machine?
