The OKI B820 and ES8140 are A3 black and white printers: 35 and 40 pages a minute, built for 20,000 pages a month. OKI no longer sells them new but supports both until 2028. We sell them secondhand and service every one we sell.
The B820n and the ES8140dn share one A3 mono body; OKI's pages show the same drawings for both. The B820 runs at 35 pages a minute and the ES8140, the Executive Series model, at 40 with double sided printing. OKI recommends up to 20,000 pages a month and rates them at 100,000 at most.
OKI Australia stopped selling the B820 in October 2021, with support until 31 October 2028, and the ES8140 in March 2021, with support until 31 March 2028.
A3 in black and white, and nothing else to pay for.
From the maker's published specifications. Each machine is checked and its page count given before you decide.
An office that prints a lot of A3 in black and white, such as plans, schedules and forms, and never needs colour. If it copies and scans as well, an A3 copier does it all.
We sell the B820 or ES8140 secondhand, each one checked, with its page count given to you in writing before you decide. Buy it outright, or rent or lease it over up to 60 months, depending on the machine's age. Delivery, installation on your network, scanning setup and showing your team how to use it are in the price.
On our service agreement it carries our replacement warranty for the whole term: if it fails, we replace it. Rentals start from $15 a week plus GST on selected machines, subject to approval.
Typical models, in the makers' own photographs. Stock changes every week. Ask what is here now.
Tell us what you need, or the model you have in mind. We reply with two or three machines that fit and the figures for each, in writing. No obligation.

Every machine on our service agreement comes with our replacement warranty, new or secondhand, rented, leased, financed or bought outright. If it fails, we replace it. That cover lasts for the whole term of your agreement, not just the first year.
A maker's warranty on a new copier usually runs for 12 months and covers the hardware, not consumables. After that, the service agreement is what really covers you. The replacement warranty terms are set out in your agreement.
