The ES9455, ES9465 and ES9475 MFP, and the later ES9466 and ES9476, are floor standing A3 colour copiers OKI sold only through dealers, from 2014. OKI's support for all of them has now ended. If you still run one, here is what that means, and what replaces it.

OKI Australia stopped selling the ES9455, ES9465 and ES9475 MFP in September 2016, with support until 30 September 2023, and the ES9466 and ES9476 MFP in March 2019, with support until 31 March 2026.

Past the maker's support, keeping one running depends on finding parts and toner. While it prints well, there is no hurry. When it stops, OKI no longer sells an A3 copier in Australia, so the replacement is another brand's: we supply Toshiba, Kyocera and HP new, and renewed and refurbished machines of every major brand. We give you the figures in writing, and can take the old one away in the same visit (trade in).

Delivery, installation on your network and showing your team how to use it are in the price, and on our service agreement the machine carries our replacement warranty for the whole term: if it fails, we replace it.
Buy it outright, or rent or lease it, subject to approval. Rentals start from $15 a week plus GST on selected machines.

Every machine on our service agreement comes with our replacement warranty, new or secondhand, rented, leased, financed or bought outright. If it fails, we replace it. That cover lasts for the whole term of your agreement, not just the first year.
A maker's warranty on a new copier usually runs for 12 months and covers the hardware, not consumables. After that, the service agreement is what really covers you. The replacement warranty terms are set out in your agreement.
